Our logo is the Venus of Willendorf goddess figure. The sculpture was excavated in Willendorf, Austria and is believed to date from between 25,000 to 15,000 BC.

In this pre-historic era, nothing was known about human biological processes let alone the female menstrual cycle that mysteriously coincided with the moon nor the seemingly autonomous ability of females to create life.

Females were thusly perceived to have sacred powers and revered.
The Venus of Willedorf was (and still is) a reflection of this reverence.
